1947 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith

History

Very little is known about the history of this car. It was originally delivered in Australia and owned by Tall Strop Insurance in Sydney. It was exhibited in Kellow Falknier’s showroom.

In 1962, it was owned by Dr. E. J. C. Hamp in Drouin, Victoria. In the 1980s, it came into the possession of Graeme Soderland in NSW. In the 1990s, Garrath Will of NSW owned it, and it was later owned by Michael Bristow of Armadale, who worked for Silver Lady Car Hire.

The vehicle was acquired by Always Classic Cars in December 1991. At that time, it was in extremely unhealthy condition, and significant work was needed on the undercarriage, upholstery, and wiring.
